FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fluid medium used for clinical and molecular processes and containing channels that retain and direct fluid medium for mixing, processing, carrying out reactions, detection, and so forth. Device comprises docking console and header. Mating console comprises support surface for cartridge, having first end and second end. Collector comprises one or more wells. Docking console additionally comprises a fixing header holder for removable fixation of the collector to the fluid medium cartridge supported by the support surface for the cartridge in a conjugated position, such that said one or more wells are in fluid communication with the fluid cartridge; and an offset sealing plate for pressing the fluid cartridge to the collector held by the collector retainer. Hydrophilic porous frit is arranged in at least one of the holes to allow fluid to pass through the outlet but prevents gas flow through the outlet.

EFFECT: high efficiency of loading a sample of a fluid medium by creating an obstacle to the introduction of bubbles from a fluid sample into the fluid medium device.
