FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connector units for medical systems for fluid delivery. Connector comprises: a body having a proximal end and a distal end spaced along a longitudinal axis, and a fluid fitting on the proximal end of the body, wherein the fluid fitting is configured to engage the syringe tip with the possibility of disconnection; passage formed by the body and passing through it, the passage having a rounded distal end, which passes into a substantially rectilinear proximal end, and wherein the inner passage surface has a constriction having an angle (B) which is greater than the angle (A) of narrowing the inner element of the syringe tip; at least one deflectable locking lever having a distal end connected to the body, and a proximal end radially deflectable relative to the distal end, wherein the proximal end of the at least one deflectable locking lever is configured to deflect radially outward from the body for engaging the syringe tip with possibility of disconnection; and at least one locking element located on at least a part of at least one deflectable locking lever, wherein at least one locking element can move during movement of at least one deflectable locking lever between a first position, where at least one locking element is released from the engagement portion of the syringe tip, and a second position, where at least one locking element is engaged with the engagement portion of the syringe tip. Connectors according to present disclosure are suitable for use at both low pressure and relatively high pressure, used in automatic procedures, wherein they are connected with one hand.
EFFECT: according to present disclosure for formation of proper sealing rotation is not required or rotation is required which is not more than 1/4 of revolution; besides, the connectors are protected against excessive tightening and related damage.
