FIELD: process technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to aircraft industry and concerns a method for making a sound-absorbing structure. Surfaces of each layer of a structure to be glued together are cleaned and degreased. Glue is applied on both end faces of two honeycomb panels having a set of face cells. A surface of a continuous facing sheet of the first honeycomb panel is coated consistently with a thin non-metallic sheet. Then, it is coated with the second honeycomb panel and a perforated facing sheet. The prepared assembly is compressed, and the glue is dried. The honeycomb panels are glass-fibre plastic honeycomb filler SSP-1-10T. The facing sheets are glass-fibre plastic sheets KMKS 2.120. T.10.37, one of which is perforated by staggered holes of the diameter 2.0 mm, a degree of perforation 9-11 %. The glue is epoxy adhesive BK-36 or Hisol EA 9657. A thin non-metallic sheet is adhesive epoxy film Sun Skin HC 9837.1.
EFFECT: invention provides making the two-layer sound-absorbing panels of a sound absorption coefficient not less than 0,6 in the wide frequency range within 1600 to 5000 Hz, and also allows reducing labour input and providing higher adaptability to manufacture.
