FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, namely to production of three-layer sound-absorbing panels intended for reducing noise in aircraft engines. Method for formation of fillets of glue on edges of cellular filler cells involves applying adhesive film on edge of cellular filler cells, heated it to melting point and holding till melt spreads along edges of cellular filler cells. Adhesive film before application to edges of cellular filler cells is perforated in accordance with geometric centers of cellular filler cells and applied to edges of cellular filler cells, aligning holes in adhesive film with cellular filler cells.
EFFECT: reduced labor input due to exclusion of additional equipment is achieved as well as, shorter production cycle due to reduction of auxiliary operations, as well as, providing uniform spreading of adhesive film around the faces of cellular filler cells to increase strength of adhesive joint of cellular filler with coverings.
