FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making sound-absorbing structure in aircraft engineering, transport and industrial equipment. Method includes laying aggregate, cells of which are divided into groups. Different amount of material is introduced into the cells of each group spirally located around the central cell with the largest volume to form different-height cells with reduced volumes relative to the central cell. And around the central cell with the smallest volume there are different-height cells with increased volumes in relation to the central cell. Ratios of the volumes surrounding the central cell are selected so that its acoustic efficiency is increased as compared to the single central cell. Material is added to filler cells starting from non-perforated facing sheet. Then, obtained structure is cooled and hardened. Further, surfaces of structural elements to be glued are cleaned and degreased. Then glue is applied on both edges of filler. Veneer sheets are successively laid on end surfaces of aggregate. Prepared assembly is compressed, and the glue is dried.

EFFECT: high efficiency of reducing noise generated by gas or air flow.
