SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft, namely, to VTOL aircraft. Proposed aircraft comprises streamlined fuselage, ring-shaped wing arranged inside and/or outside of said fuselage. Fuselage houses fly wheel made up of hollow disk equipped with remote control valves, power plant consisting of signal blower or turbofan engine, and ejector device. Besides, aircraft comprises control system consisting of vertical rudders, thrust vector, bank and pitch control rudders made up of shaped rings arranged in symmetry relative to each other and to fuselage axis.

EFFECT: increased lift, reduced fuel consumption and better maneuverability.
