FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: elastodynamic power accumulator-controller comprises a layer structure in the form of a sheet or a set of sheets, besides, ends of the layer structure sheets are fixed on rods. The layer structure is made of composite materials that contain a polymer matrix and a fibrous filler, is twisted as a spiral with curvature that increases or decreases in a linear manner along the spiral length and is made with width and/or thickness and/or strengthening that alternate along the spiral length, so that the power accumulator-controller is able to absorb energy at alternating torque and may issue a practically permanent torque in the working range. The power controller, which absorbs excess power and is able to supply power when there is shortage of it, comprises the specified power accumulator-controller for elastodynamic accumulation of power. A wind-electric generator comprises a device made as capable of converting kinetic energy of wind into a rotary movement or torque of a wind-powered engine, an element of mechanical transfer of the specified rotary movement or a conical unit, a differential reducer or a differential unit, the specified elastodynamic power accumulator-controller, a generator made as capable of converting mechanical energy into electric energy.
EFFECT: mechanical facility is developed, which is able to accumulate large quantity of power in acceptable minimum space.
