FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: retransmitter is meant for being used in networks of mobile VHF radio communication using lighter-than-air aircrafts; turnstile emitter (TE) is meant for being used as a part of antenna array (AA) of radio signal retransmitter (RSR). RSR consists of unit of retransmitting stations, automated retransmitter control units, antenna parameter control unit, aircraft control unit, antenna module that is arranged on aircraft and that consists of the first and the second N-element annular antenna arrays the elements of which are made in the form of turnstile emitters, each of which contains two orthogonally installed plate symmetric vibrators.

EFFECT: increasing RSR mobility.
