FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for application of uninterrupted suture. Endoscopic apparatus for uninterrupted application of suture contains sewing case, whose shape and size provide possibility of its attachment to distal end of industrially produced endoscope in such a way that endoscope is able to operate. Sewing case consists of suture casing, in which needle and drive unit for needle movement on continuous trajectory and suture thread application are installed. Thread is attached to distal end of needle. Drive unit includes rocker which moves along suture casing under control of drive rope and pin. Action of drive rope and pin conditions selected gearing and ungearing by needle rocker, which results in continuous travel of needle along circular trajectory.
EFFECT: ensuring uninterrupted suture application.
