FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves dissolving cyanoethyl ether of polyvinyl alcohol in a solvent, forming a film by sprinkling the solution onto an anti-adhesion substrate and drying. The solvent used is a mixture of dimethyl formamide with monoethyl ether of ethylene glycol, taken in ratio (40-60):(60-40). The obtained film is exposed to accelerated electrons with energy of 700 keV until a dose of (50-200) kGy is obtained.
EFFECT: film materials combine high permittivity value with optical transparency.
