FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: biochip comprises a solid carrier having working areas with clusters containing probes, and an identifier. The solid carrier consists of two parts coupled by means of a flexible multilayer sheet fixed on their surface by an adhesive layer. The probe clusters are symmetrised with respect to a longitudinal or transversal carrier axis a multilayer flexible sheet and/or on a solid carrier surface. If bent, the multilayer sheet makes the probe cluster arranged on the first and second carrier portions to match and forms reaction volumes either by means of through holes executed in the flexible multilayered sheet the arrangement of which is matched with the cluster arrangement, or by means of inserts fixed along the borders of the multilayer sheet supplied with the adhesive layer.

EFFECT: invention allows simplifying operation with a small amount of the analysed substance used in hybridisation, and also higher diagnostic result reproducibility ensured by effective hybridisation in a minimal amount of the hybridisation mixture and creation of identical conditions for a set of hybridisation clusters integrated in the biochip.
