FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns testing of biological objects and can be used in medicine, veterinary science, criminalistics, for the control of foodstuff. The device contains, at least, two sources of optical radiation, optical system, detector, unit of sample holder fastening, carrier of the investigated sample, and also two groups of the screens supplied with light-absorbing or light-reflecting layers. The screens making the first and-or second groups, are executed with possibility of their serial introduction in a trajectory of optical axes of lighters and-or in a trajectory of an optical axis of registering system. The facial surface of the first screen entering into the first group of screens is executed with possibility of mirror reflexion or retroreflecting of light flux coming from the first and second lighters. The reflecting surface is established on the minimum distance from the back surface of the carrier of the investigated sample in limits from 0.01 mm to 10 mm that allows enlarging level of a diagnosed signal several times.
EFFECT: new device of diagnostics and a way of testing of biological objects.
