FIELD: gas and oil production.

SUBSTANCE: unit consists of packer installed between reservoirs, of electric immersed pump with inlet module and electric engine, with cable passing through unit of inlet module cable packing, and with back valve at outlet for communication with production string. The production string is communicated with well space above the valve. Further, the unit consists of a jacket enveloping the electric engine pressure tight connected with the inlet module of the pump and communicated with under-the packer space through a shank end and a flow rate metre. The production string is communicated with well space via a pumping valve operating from inside outside. Above the pumping valve on the production string there is set an additional packer with the unit of cable packing arranged above an upper reservoir. The jacket envelops all structure elements of the electric immersed pump arranged on top and/or beneath of the electric engine. A hydraulic compensator is located between the pump and electric engine. From beneath the electric engine is equipped with a measuring unit transmitting information along the cable of the electric immersed pump. The measuring unit is equipped with a damping bush for centring and damping vibrations in the jacket.

EFFECT: protection of well from premature destruction of casing cement stone above upper reservoir; elimination of interaction of product of open reservoirs with other reservoirs.
