FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and is intended for pumping liquid from lower to upper formation of well. Fluid transfer unit contains tubing tubes installed in the well shaft and connected by a superstructure support packer with a cable entry. This packer is located above the upper formation of the well. There is an inter-layer packer with a cable entry and a support anchor. Proposed plant comprises submersible pump with submersible electric drive. It is equipped with a telemetry unit, a receiving module and a check valve at the output, hermetically connected to the control station by a power cable. Pump is located above the lower formation and is connected by the lift pipes to the barrel of the inter-face packer. There is well flow chamber built into inter-packer tubing at the level of upper reservoir. In wall of chamber there are radial flow holes communicating cavities of tubing with upper formation through inter-packer annular cavity of well. Besides, the plant additionally comprises a flow-through control-measuring unit, with sensors of composition, temperature, pressure of the pumped fluid and a flow meter built into the riser pipes between the downhole flow chamber and the inter-formation packer. This unit is connected by communication cable to panel for displaying information on pumped liquid at control station. Submersible pump electric drive is frequency controlled.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities of the unit at pumping of liquid from lower to upper formation of the well.
