FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes swab, tubing string with swab limit stop and filter for interaction with formation and packer installed above the formation. Tubing string is equipped from below with hollow tip, and filter is equipped from above with head piece with internal cylindrical cavity. At that, the tip is inserted into the head piece from which it is spring-loaded upwards and has the possibility of longitudinal restricted movement. Tip is equipped with upper and lower rows of holes which are split on the inner side with a partition and have the possibility of interaction at movement of the tip downwards relative to the filter head piece through internal cylindrical cavity of the head piece. Upper row of holes of the tip has the possibility of interaction with above-packer zone at upward movement of the tip and fixation relative to the filter head piece.

EFFECT: increasing the well development efficiency; possible cleaning of bottom-hole formation zone from contaminations.
