FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: overrunning clutch consists of framework wherein there are installed rotating hub, driving fork and rolling elements. The hub and framework have radial slots with inclined side surfaces positioned opposite to each other. The rolling elements are arranged in radial windows of the driving fork opposite these slots. Depth of the hub slot is less, than depth of the framework slot, while diametre of rolling elements does not exceed summary value of height of the radial window of the driving fork and depth of the framework slot. According to another version of the overrunning clutch depth of the framework slot is less, than depth of the hub slot, while diametre of rolling elements does not exceed summary value of height of the radial window of the driving fork and depth of the hub slot.
EFFECT: increased reliability of overrunning clutch due to elimination of mutual slip of driving and driven links.
