FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: dryer consists of chamber with loading and unloading devices. Closed transporters equipped with individual drives are arranged inside the chamber in tiers in a staggered order. Spreaders and heaters are installed over an upper section of the closed transporters on a side wall of the chamber. Also, they can be regulated by length of the closed transporter. A nozzle is arranged over a lower closed transporter in the chamber. The nozzle is connected with a ventilator through an ozoniser. Plugs are secured on the walls of the chamber opposite to one of ends of the closed transporters in a staggered order creating a continiuous air duct from a nozzle to a loading hopper. Fingers of the spreader are positioned along sweep of a multi-rub screw and are in crossing points of sweep of screw lines of direct and back run.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of loose materials processing due to uniform distribution along area of transporter.
