SUBSTANCE: analysed material is illuminated with plane-polarised light and light flux scattered by the material in the opposite direction in two equal solid angles directed in mutually perpendicular planes at equal angles to the incident beam is measured, where the polarisation plane of the light beam is turned about the axis of the light beam.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase accuracy of determining angular distribution of fibres.
