FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: shunt-fed antenna includes the first vertical conductor excited with generator; the second vertical conductor grounded at the bottom; horizontal conductor connected to tops of vertical conductors and having a break dividing the horizontal conductor into two unequal parts so that the sum of electrical lengths of the first vertical conductor and section of horizontal conductor, which is adjacent to it, is one fourth of wave length λ1. Parts of horizontal conductor in the break are connected by means of the introduced short-circuited quarter-wave shunt tuned to wave length λ1. At that, electric length of vertical conductors and horizontal conductor is the half-wave length λ3. Between vertical conductors there introduced is the third vertical conductor grounded at the bottom, at the point of horizontal conductor, at which the length of the first and the third vertical conductors and some part of horizontal conductor between them are the half-wave length λ2, and between the top of the third vertical conductor and horizontal conductor there introduced is short-circuited semi-wave shunt tuned to wave length λ2.
EFFECT: enlarging the range of working frequencies without changing the antenna dimensions.
