FIELD: television reception in very-high- and ultra-high-frequency bands; spatial control of radio-frequency radiation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed antenna designed to receive horizontal-polarization waves arriving from different directions in horizontal plane in both main and additional frequency bands has following parts secured on mast by means of fastening members: main loop made in the form of ring whose perimeter equals double wavelength in main frequency band and two or more circular loops whose geometrical parameters conform to additional frequency bands. Connected to loops are quarter-wave short-circuited stubs; stubs of additional loops are interconnected and disposed, like in main loop, at certain angle to plane; they are crosswise connected to two-wire line which is connected to antenna amplifier input.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of characteristics as well as stiffness and reliability of mechanical design.
