FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: in order to propose another improved circuit for configuring control channels, in particular, control channels related to user data transfer, the invention provides for balancing of information size in control channels of various formats with equal number of control channel coded information bits and/or modulation symbols for every control channel. Control channels may contain control information related to dispatching. According to another aspect of the invention, a more flexible solution is provided, which makes it possible to take into account various geometries of mobile stations in a cell. Similarly to the above described aspect, the size of control channel information is balanced by means of modulation and/or coding, however, the control channel information is balanced with one of multiple quantities of control channel coded information bits and/or modulation symbols for every control channel.

EFFECT: dynamic adaptation to instantaneous quality of a channel of an appropriate dedicated resource by means of dynamic replacement of a modulation and coding circuit in compliance with channel conditions.
