SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and may be used in preparation of fodders. A grinder comprises a shaft with end discs and holes arranged on their surface along concentric circumferences. Between end discs there are rigidly fixed "П"-shaped combs with slots. In slots by means of fingers there are saw-like cutting elements installed with holes for fingers. Cutting elements are made as segment semi-discs with opened teeth. A shear knife has triangular ledges. Tops of ledges are arranged between opened teeth of cutting elements with an adjustable gap and a pitch equal to the distance between their middles.

EFFECT: grinder provides for high-quality grinding of vegetable materials.
