SUBSTANCE: feed dispenser-grinder comprises a housing with a loading and an unloading element, a rotating disc (4) with working grinding bodies installed in annular rows, and a shear body. Each grinding body is made in the form of a cylindrical bushing with a rod (7), in the upper part of which a toothed cutting element is rigidly mounted at an angle of 30-45° to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical bushing. The shear body is made in the form of a spring-loaded deck with shear segments. The deck with one its part is hingedly fastened on the lateral side of the housing by means of a spring-loaded stud with the possibility to change the gap between the toothed cutting bodies and the share segments in order to change the average weighted cutting length of the material to be ground.
