SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to mobile devices for dispensing fodder formed in rolls. The dispenser comprises a body fixed on a chassis, at the bottom of which there is a composite feeding longitudinal conveyor mounted, as well as a discharge conveyor, a grinding device, beaters. The grinding device is installed upstream beaters. One part of the longitudinal feed conveyor adjoins the discharge one and is mounted to ensure exceeding its linear speed relative to the liner speed of its other part, and is installed with the possibility to close the gap between the grinding device and beaters.

EFFECT: simplified kinematic circuit of a dispenser, higher operational reliability and improved conditions of animals keeping.
