SUBSTANCE: distributor-grinder comprises a cylindrical vertical hopper (1) with the grinding working element (2) placed on the frame with the chassis (4) and the unloading conveyor (3). The grinding working element (2) is located at the bottom of the hopper and is made in the form of a disc. Along the axes of the grinding working element (2) the vertical and inclined blades are alternately located, having an angle not greater than 45 degrees to the horizontal surface of the disc. In the axial space of the grinding working element (2) the horizontal knives with diamond-shaped grooves in cross section are radially located.

EFFECT: improving uniformity of grinding feed formed as rolls.
