FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for prosthetics of lower extremities. Artificial foot contains external elastic facing, anterior shock absorber, posterior shock absorber and ankle support located on bearing element, which has toe part, heel part and working surface, connected with surface of spring plate, curved in longitudinal plane. Ankle support is made in form of adapter rigidly connected with bearing element, installed with possibility of rotation on rounded rest fixed on plate. Bearing element has hollow for rounded rest and working surface for interaction with curved spring plate, made with arch-shaped sections in longitudinal and transverse planes. Toe and heel parts of bearing element are connected with curved spring plate with internal surfaces of sleeves made in form of rotation limiters. Anterior and posterior shock absorbers are located between curved spring plate and toe and heel parts of bearing element.
EFFECT: invention ensures improved valgus-varus functions, ensuring smoothness of disabled person's gait, and simplified exploitation of prosthesis, which does not require special servicing and additional regulation.
