SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used in lower limb prosthetics. Artificial foot comprises an outer shell, a liner of damping profiled plates connected inside the shell by toe portions, and a shin-fixing assembly disposed on the upper plate. Artificial foot further comprises a buffer of elastic material made with an upper surface in the shape of the lower surface of the upper plate, from 1/3 to 2/3 of the length of the lower surface of the buffer is configured to interact with the mating portion of the upper surface of the lower plate and has the form of a mating portion of the upper surface of the lower plate, wherein the buffer is connected to the lower surface of the upper plate by means of an adhesive. Shin-fixing assembly is made in the form of an adapter mounted on the threaded connection, and the upper and lower plates are made of layered composite materials.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides an opportunity for active recreation and sports activities for the disabled persons of 2–3 activity levels, having a weight of up to 125 kg.
