SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises spaced apart circular grooves, arched fixture with support section to confine groove outer radial sections provided with outlet holes directed radially from grooves into chamber, and thrusts displaced toward direction of rotation from outlet holes 10 extending into chamber 6 arranged around fixture 12, and outlet holes 10 communicated with annular extruding clearance 44 formed between fixture 12 and annular shoulder 42. Extruding large-diameter tube with no breakages is possible due to continuous extruder mandrel comprises mushroom vane head 28 with foot 30 arranged in chamber 16 nearby two discharge holes 27 communicating appropriate outlets 10 with inner space of chamber 16, and two shaped vanes 32 with their rear face extending beyond foot 30, while outer edges 36 and front faces converge to form flange 38 around neck 40 that forms, together with circular shoulder 42 on female die housing 20, a circular clearance 44. Shape of vane 32 allows uniform distribution of surface friction resistance on extruded material. Passages between discharge holes 27 and circular clearance 44 feature identical lengths along appropriate surfaces of rear faces, edges and front faces of shaped vanes 32.
EFFECT: expanded range of extruded products.
