FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, manufacture of macaroni products. SUBSTANCE: extruder die has stationary solid casing with at least one plasticized mass inlet channel and housing. Drum mounted for rotation inside housing is provided with at least one outlet channel and distributing chamber of rotational symmetry. Distributing chamber is communicated at its upper end with inlet channel and at its lower end with outlet channel. Outer surface of drum is engageable with related surface of housing through radial stop bearing. Extruding machine has extruder or press connected through branch valve with at least one die, die drum drive and device for directing extruded twisted product to product receiving station.
