SUBSTANCE: apparatus for controlled distribution of liquids, having a housing with several compartments, having different inlet and outlet openings and closed by a cover with a valve inside the housing in form of two overlapping ceramic discs, having two groups of openings the central openings of which are meant for controlling inlet and outlet of the treated liquid, and the others peripheral openings for controlling recovery of the product received for treatment, where the lower disc is connected to the housing which is divided into compartments, the upper disc is connected by the opening of a revolving cup-like gap with a centre opening and several peripheral grooves corresponding to the peripheral openings of the discs; the housing is provided with a transverse peripheral chamber fitted with apparatus for controlling recovery of the product for treating liquid, consisting of two cartridges with longitudinal channels with radial outlet openings and a Venturi tube; one of the cartridges meant for recovering the treatment product lies in the stream of the liquid, and the other cartridge meant for performing said recovery lies in counter flow.

EFFECT: invention enables to make a simple and compact device for controlled distribution of liquids, which ensures recovery of a product used for treatment in counter flow or in the stream, respectively.
