SUBSTANCE: system for making a beverage from a food substance contained in a disposable capsule (1) by injecting liquid into the capsule (1), the said system comprises a device (50) which comprises at least one locking element (13a, 13b) connected to a locking mechanism (21) for selective locking the said capsule (1) in the receiving chamber (16) of the device (50), the said device additionally comprises a pump (70) for feeding liquid into the capsule (1), opening means (15 16) for opening the first inlet face (3a) and the second outlet face (3b) of the capsule (1), and also a control unit (80) for controlling at least the pump (70) of the device, at that the means (15, 16) for opening are designed to supply liquid coming from the pump (70) inside the capsule (1), at that the capsule (1) additionally comprises a rigid housing (2) and a recessed part (4) formed as an integral part of the housing (2), at that the said recessed part (4) is formed near the inlet face (3a) of the capsule (1) and comprises a plurality of perforated openings (6a, 6b).
