SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a metallocene complex of lanthanide boron hydride of formula B: where Ln denotes said lanthaide with atomic number from 57 to 71 inclusively, where the lanthanide Ln is bonded to one molecule of a ligand consisting of two fluorenyl groups Cp1 and Cp2, which are identical or different, which can be substituted or unsubstituted and which are bonded to each other by a bridge P of formula MR1R2, in which M is a group IVA element, and R1 and R2, identical or different, denote an alkyl group containing 1-20 carbon atoms, where L denotes an alkali metal selected from a group consisting of lithium, sodium and potassium, where N denotes a molecule of a complexing solvent such as ether, where x denotes a whole number or a fraction greater than 0 and where p is equal to 1 or 2. The invention also discloses a method of producing the complex, a catalyst system, a method for copolymerisation of olefins and a copolymer of ethylene and butadiene.
EFFECT: obtaining a metallocene complex which can be used for copolymerisation of olefins.
