SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a boron hydride metallocene lanthanoid complex, production method thereof, a catalyst system containing a boron hydride metallocene complex and a method for copolymerisation of olefins on said catalyst system. The disclosed complex has the following formula B: where the lanthanoid Ln is bonded with one molecular ligand consisting of two cyclopentadienyl groups Cp1 and Cp2, which are bonded to each other by a bridge P of formula MR1R2, where M is an element of subgroup IVA, such as Si, and R1 and R2, identical or different, denote an alkyl group containing 1-20 carbon atoms, L denotes an alkali metal such as Li, N denotes a molecule of a complexing solvent such as tetrahydrofuran, x is an integer or a noninteger greater than 0, p is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and y is an integer greater than or equal to 0.
EFFECT: obtaining boron hydride of a metallocene lanthanoid complex.
