SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and land reclamation. In the process, the productivity of steppe biogeosystems is regulated by creating a deep loose soil layer. Deep soil loosening is carried out with tillage tools with passive working tools. In 5-7 years, a rotary milling cultivation of the soil inner layers is carried out.
EFFECT: method enables to stabilise the soil profile, to improve the quality of soil loosening, to increase productivity during land reclamation and to reduce unit costs for improvement the soil in the reclamation cycle.
