SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a bag filter of a vacuum cleaner and the mounting plate (1) for a bag filter for a vacuum cleaner, comprising a base plate (2) with a passage opening (3), a lid (4) mounted on the base plate with the ability for rotation to close the passage opening, and a spring element (6) which is located so that the angle ((3) of its bend, when the lid is turned in a given range of angles of rotation in the direction of opening from the first position in which the passage opening (3) is closed, into the second position in which the passage opening is open, less than the corresponding angle (a) of opening the lid (4); and the lid is made with the ability to transfer from the second position to the first through the return force of the spring element which acts toward the direction of opening, and the spring element is located behind the lid in the direction of its opening . At that in the lid or in the base plate a hole is made, and the spring element is positioned so that its one end enters to the said hole when the lid is turned in the direction of opening.
