SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a retention plate. The vacuum cleaner filtering bag retention plate (1) includes a feedthrough hole (2), the base plate (4) wherein the feedthrough hole (2) is made and a gate valve (3) for closing the feedthrough hole, the valve connected to the base plate (4) with the help of a hinged joint; the plate specificity consists in the gate valve including the first area (5) containing the first material with the first hardness and the second area (6) containing the second material with the second hardness, the second hardness being less than the first one; the second area is at least partially positioned on the edge of the gate valve with the second area at least partly arranged along the gate valve perimeter; the second material (at least partly) has a thickness less than 1 mm; the second material has hardness from 25 to 70 Shore Scale A units, preferably - at least 30 Shore Scale A units and/or maximum 60 Shore Scale A units.

EFFECT: technical effect consists in the possibility to ensure closure of the retention plate hole even when the bag is full up.
