FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, cardiology. Patients with acute myocardial infarction undergo continuous 12-channel ECG monitoring. Number of single and couple ventricular extrasystoles, elevation degree of ST element at the original ECG and presence of peak of additional ST element elevation during reperfusion therapy, and presence of reperfusion arrhythmia are determined. Additionally, systolic size of left ventricle and level of creatinphosphokinase (CPK) and MB fraction of CPK in blood are determined. Probability of life-threatening ventricular rhythm disorders in the first day after acute myocardial infarction is considered high or low depending on combination of the listed parameter values.

EFFECT: significant increase of sensitivity and specificity of forecasting life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias in he first day after acute myocardial infarction.
