METHOD FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF REPERFUSION MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/349

Abstract RU 2822815 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology. High-frequency QRS complexes are examined on 12-channel ECG cardiograph at admission and 10–12 hours after coronary artery stenting. Duration of the QRS complex, an increase in the variance of the corrected QT interval, the calculated probability of the presence of acute myocardial ischemia in percent, the sum of points of reduced amplitude zones (RAZ), square root of the sum of squares of the amplitudes of the high-frequency components of the QRS complex, mcV, the number of ECG leads in which the interval between the maxima of the envelope of the high-frequency signal is > 40 msec. If observing a positive difference between the moduli of the sums of the change in the parameters influencing the intensification of ischemia, and the moduli of the sums of the change in the parameters affecting the attenuation of ischemia, the presence of reperfusion ischemia and myocardial arrhythmogenicity is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method enables increasing the accuracy of early diagnosis of reperfusion myocardial ischemia not later than 12 hours after selective coronary angiography.
