SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating clinical laboratory and electrocardiogram values describing patient health state, in scores. Myocardial infarction risk factors are evaluated from anamnesis. Gradations and numeric values are determined for calculating prognosis coefficients of F1 and F2. Their values are compared and favorable or unfavorable myocardial infarction outcome conclusions are drawn.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage prognosis.
