SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be applied for postoperative small pelvis drainage. A tunnel is created under a peritoneum before transition to a lateral wall of an abdominal cavity for inserting a drainage tube on the abdominal wall. Skin is needled on the abdominal wall in a point which is located on a lateral one-third of a line connecting spina iliaca anterior superior and a superior point of symphysis pubis, passing through a layer of abdominal rectus muscle, with reaching the peritoneum to be stripped, and forming a tunnel to a pelvic cavity. A clamp is used to make a retroperitoneal passage to the pre-formed tunnel. The same clamp introduced to the pelvic cavity is used to pull the drainage through. The drainage is ligatured to skin. A distal portion of the drainage is positioned in a hollow of the sacrum. The pelvic peritoneum is sealed by kapron uninterrupted sutures.

EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of infection, eliminating potential bladder wall, iliac vessels, ureter damage.
