FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing lymphodissection of para-aortic and iliac lymph nodes. Rectum extirpation together with uterine appendages is performed. Radical vulvectomy is carried out together with the vagina in the perineal area and pelvic fundus resection. Inguinofemoral lymphodissection in fasciocutaneous formations is carried out. Dissection is carried out in one block including the rectum, uterus and vagina as well as ischiorectal fossa fat. Plastic repair of perineal wound defect is carried out using longitudinal islet cutanomusculoperitoneal flap of the musculus rectus abdominis. Flap blood supply is controlled using energy Doppler method. The pelvic fundus is peritonized with pireneal portion of the flap. The flap is additionally fixed with uterine ligaments.
