FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: stoma-carrying sigmoid flexure should be cut out of abdominal wall together with surrounding tissues to make sigmoid flexure free of surrounding tissues. Integrity of sigmoid flexure should be restored in area of stoma with double-row screwing suture. Colon should be descended onto perineum, suture line should be placed upon sigmoid flexure in anal canal. Coloanal anastomosis should be formed. The method enables to obtain transplant of sufficient length.
EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level.
