FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Proposed method comprises one- or several-pass spinning of revolving sheet billet mounted on mandrel. Pay-out rollers of spinning tool are spaced from said mandrel. In every pass of rotary extrusion, said spacing is varied by magnitude governed by relationship to actively adjust shell wall thickness.

EFFECT: reduced grow-back, higher accuracy and lower weight.
