FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in hammer shop. Proposed counterblow hammer comprises vertical bed accommodating top and bottom supports. Vertical bed top work zone accommodates system of pneumatic communication with channels and cylinders, top head drive, air pipelines and drives. Bottom work zone accommodates system of hydraulic communication with channels, bottom head drive and other drives. Heads drives are made up of central and lateral rods. Bottom head central rod incorporates piston to divided central hydraulic communication cylinder chamber into top and bottom work zones. Proposed hammer incorporates bottom head braking device made up of a barrel. Said barrel is arranged in central hydraulic communication channel bottom work zone and may reciprocate related thereto. Bottom head piston has at least one opening equipped with check valve. Said valve is made up of washer arranged between bottom head piston bottom face and brake bottom.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
