SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to sacking or packing fluid solid substances, in particular, powders, flour and the like, with the help of seals. Proposed method comprises pumping off the substance and its sacking separately at vacuum created in chambers both separated and tightly communicated. Proposed device comprises substances accumulation chamber and dust separator chamber arranged downstream thereof and provided with sack filters. Note here that rarefaction may be created in both chambers and that both are tightly communicated.
