FIELD: machine-building industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of, at least, two components to the ultra sonic flow of operating fluid and layer-by-layer application of the above components while their content varies from one layer to another. In addition, at least, one composition is prepared from the said components containing, at least one component in powder state and one component in water state. Then, the said components are mixed up with nano particles as fullerenes or carbon nano tubes. The gas-dynamic jet is produced by supplying, at least, one flow from the composition and, at least, two ultra sonic flows of the operating fluid interacting with each other and covering the composition jet with dispersion, mixing up and gomogenising of composition components in the said jet.

EFFECT: improved strength and other functional properties of coating.
