FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: double-belt pre-stressed system comprises upper and lower wire belts, spacer stands that combine belts to each other, stiffening beams, facilities for development of pre-stress. Fixators are welded to spacers in the form of pins passing into slots of the stiffening beam, dimensions of which exceed dimensions of fixators section by value of a structural gap.
EFFECT: reduced deformability and material intensity of the system.
