FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: damper 10 comprises vessel 20 with cylindrical chamber 21 containing viscous fluid. Slide 40 is arranged inside said cylindrical chamber 21 to displace therein. Rotary element 69 may be turned by external force and convert rotary force in moving effort of slide 40. Separator 80 is connected with slide 40 and has one communicating passage for flow of viscous fluid between two compartments of cylindrical chamber 21. Spiral spring 12 spring-loads slide 40 toward rotary element 60. Cover 100 is secured to vessel 20 to interact with slide 40 and shut off opening on one end of vessel 20. transport facility seat comprises power transmission mechanism, locking mechanism, said damper, gasket to take up external force and unlocking mechanism.
EFFECT: adjustment of damping force depending upon applied load.
