FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reconstructive microsurgery. A radial vascular fascicle is separated. A cuff is formed of a quadrate pronator muscle and a long flexor muscle of thumb. A single tissue complex includes an intermuscular septum between the long flexor muscle of thumb and the long abductor muscle of thumb, a paratenon of a brachioradial tendon to a capsule of a wrist joint. In a distal direction, in an attachment point of the brachioradial tendon and the radial bone, the tendon is mobilised from a medial side and turned in a lateral direction with exposing a surface of the radial bone. A periosteum and a cortical plate of the radial bone is separated at level of epimethaphysis.
EFFECT: method provides a qualitatively new tissue complex with expressed repair and osteogenic properties, reduced donor injury, reduced risk of postoperative complications, reduced length of treatment.
