FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pulmonary therapy. An implantable device to be expanded in an anatomic tubular cavity comprises a closing device and a clapper accommodating a mechanism for closing device attachment to the tubular cavity with the turnable clapper substantially in relation to the closing device. The implantable device can be expanded in the tubular cavity with using a catheter.
EFFECT: invention provides substantially one-way air flow through the tubular cavity in a human lung for purposes of reducing a body of air hold in an affected lung portion, substantially prevents inhalation with exhalation from the said affected lung portion substantially ensured.
